Refund policy
If you have received a damaged product, Please do not worry. Just drop us a mail at galleryrebekkaart@gmail.com with clear images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Any refused shipments sent back to Gallery RAA do not constitute the right to a refund or credit.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email galleryrebekkaart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please do understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Hence, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
